About Me
Once a glossophobic, I faced my fears on two TEDx stages, turning fear into my guidepost. Since then, I’ve earned awards, developed leadership programs, and coached top leaders, including a Shark! In 2012, I co-founded TransforMe, now one of India’s top 10 leadership firms with offices in Australia and Singapore.
My Mission
To empower the next generation of leaders to live their authentic stories and create expansive lives.
This purpose was born from my transformational journey: overcoming frustrations, insecurities, toxic workplaces, racism, and personal setbacks. These experiences inspired me to embrace transformative tools that helped me unlock my potential. Now, I am dedicated to helping others do the same.
